中文隐私政策

本政策适用于由 Steven.Sin迪文（以下简称「我们」）运营的 Facebook App，以及本隐私政策网页。本 App 用于管理获授权的 Facebook Page、发布内容及分析 Page 表现。

1. 我们处理哪些资料

根据你授予的权限和启用的功能，我们可能处理：

• Facebook 提供的基本账号识别资料，例如账号 ID 和名称；
• 获授权 Page 的 ID、名称、管理权限及访问 Token；
• Page 贴文、照片、影片、发布时间及相关互动资料；
• Meta 提供的 Page 和贴文统计，例如浏览、触及和互动等可用指标；
• 仅在相关权限获授权并启用功能后，处理留言或私讯，以及其中由用户提供的资料；
• 你通过联络邮箱提供的查询或删除申请资料。

我们只通过获授权的功能读取资料，不要求 Facebook 密码。本 App 不要求提交健康记录或诊断资料；请勿在留言、私讯或资料删除申请中发送不必要的敏感资料。

2. 资料用途

资料用于连接获授权的 Page、发布或管理内容、分析表现、生成内容建议、处理启用的留言或私讯功能，以及维护安全和处理用户请求。我们不会出售个人资料，也不会将 Facebook 用户资料用于未经授权的广告定位。

3. AI 与服务供应商

启用 AI 功能时，完成任务所需的内容或汇总统计可能由 AI 服务供应商处理，例如 OpenAI。我们会尽量减少资料，只提交与任务有关的内容，并避免提交访问 Token、密码或不必要的个人及敏感资料。Meta、Cloudflare 和所使用的 AI 服务供应商可能按其服务条款及隐私政策处理相关资料，包括在其他国家或地区处理资料。

4. 保存与安全

我们仅在提供相关功能、维护安全或履行适用义务所需的期间保存资料，并在不再需要时删除或匿名化。访问 Token 用于授权 API 操作，限制其访问范围，不会公开在网页或贴文中。有效的删除请求将按下方说明处理；如依法必须保留某些资料，我们会说明原因。没有任何互联网传输或存储方式能保证绝对安全。

5. 网站技术资料与 Cookies

本政策网页不设登录或资料收集表格，也没有加入广告追踪或分析脚本。Cloudflare 提供托管、安全及网络服务时，可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器资料和安全日志，并可能使用必要的安全技术。Facebook App 的授权及 Meta 平台行为另受 Meta 的政策约束。

6. 你的选择与资料删除

你可以在 Facebook 的「设置」中检查或移除相关 App／业务整合的授权。撤销授权可阻止后续获授权访问，但不会自动删除已由我们保存的资料；你也可以通过下方方式申请查阅、更正或删除我们控制的资料。

7. 儿童与政策更新

本 App 面向 Page 管理者，不专门面向儿童。若你认为我们处理了儿童资料，请联络我们。本政策可能随功能或资料处理方式变化而更新；新版本将发布于此，并更新生效日期。

English Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Facebook App operated by Steven.Sin迪文 (“we”, “us”) and to this privacy policy webpage. The App is used to manage authorized Facebook Pages, publish content and analyze Page performance.

1. Information we process

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features enabled, we may process:

• Basic account identifiers supplied by Facebook, such as account ID and name;
• Authorized Page IDs, names, management permissions and access tokens;
• Page posts, photos, videos, publication times and associated engagement data;
• Page and post statistics supplied by Meta, such as available views, reach and engagement metrics;
• Comments or messages, including information users provide in them, only when the relevant permissions are granted and those features are enabled;
• Information you send to our contact email for inquiries or deletion requests.

We access information only through authorized features and do not request your Facebook password. The App does not ask for health records or diagnostic information. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information in comments, messages or deletion requests.

2. How we use information

We use information to connect authorized Pages, publish or manage content, analyze performance, generate content suggestions, operate enabled comment or messaging features, maintain security and handle user requests. We do not sell personal information or use Facebook user data for unauthorized advertising targeting.

3. AI and service providers

When AI features are enabled, content or aggregated statistics needed for the task may be processed by an AI service provider, such as OpenAI. We minimize the information submitted, send only task-relevant content and avoid sending access tokens, passwords or unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Meta, Cloudflare and the AI providers used may process relevant information under their service terms and privacy policies, including in other countries or regions.

4. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant features, maintain security or meet applicable obligations, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Access tokens authorize API operations, have restricted access and are not published on webpages or in posts. Valid deletion requests are handled as described below. If certain information must be retained by law, we will explain why. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

5. Website technical data and cookies

This policy webpage has no login or data collection form and includes no advertising tracking or analytics scripts. In providing hosting, security and network services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs, and may use necessary security technologies. App authorization and activity on Meta platforms are also governed by Meta’s policies.

6. Your choices and data deletion

You can review or remove App or business integration permissions in your Facebook settings. Revoking authorization prevents further authorized access but does not automatically delete information we have already retained. You can also request access, correction or deletion of information under our control using the instructions below.

7. Children and policy updates

The App is intended for Page administrators and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe we have processed a child’s information. We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The revised policy will appear here with an updated effective date.
